Senator Edward' P7. Kennedy, Chairman of the Subcommittee on,
Health and Scientific Research, announced today that the Subcommittee
will hold hearings on June 7 and 9 concerning provisions of S. 3115,
the National Disease Prevention and Health Promotion Act of 1978'.
On June 7, the Subcommittee will meet at 9 AM in the Auditorium
of the North, Building (330 Independence Avenue, SK) of the Department
ofHealth, Education and'lNelfare. On June 9, the Subcommittee will
meet ct 10 AF4 in Rbom 4232 of the Dirksen Senate Offi:ce Building.
