Shook, Hardy & Baron 1101 Walnut St. Kansas City, Missouri 4106 : Dear Mr. Stanford: I have received your letter of July 3, responding to our request for reimbursanent of additional expenses in-urred during the period January 1, 1978 through March 31, 1979, and certain other expenses. Since Dr. Huber was out of town as this request for reinburse- ment was prepared, a copy was sent to him at the satne time it was sent to you, and I assume that by now he has reviewed the material. If he has questions, we would of course be happy to respond to them. In my letter of June 10 to you, I did state that the additional ea~Fenses incurred were proper charges to the industry project as approved by Dr. Huber and that they had not previously been reim- bursed.
